Slow exercise week, this week. I biked to work on Wednesday
for bike to work day and I went to kettlebell on Thursday. That’s it. I had
plans to do more than that, but life stuff just got in the way. Fortunately
baseball is almost over. Now if only I could get my husband to have less
meetings.
No weight loss again this week, but no surprise there. If I
can’t break through this plateau soon, I’ll need to schedule another
appointment with the nutritionist at Max Muscle. Hopefully he can help me
figure out what needs to change (besides the bad weekends).
