July 9 - 15
I only made it on one run this week. It was another 7 minute run. It went ok, but I went out way too fast. I'm not quite sure how fast, because I confused runkeeper and didn't have my garmin (battery died), but it felt like maybe 9mph? I slowed down a lot before I hit my much more comfortable 6mph pace but I ended up cramping and having to walk twice. I just wish I had time to get back out there again to see if that sprint maybe helped my endurance a little? Probably not, but it's worth hoping! Maybe I'll do that again on purpose as I get stronger.
