I only ran on Tuesday, this week. 5 minutes. Even though I haven't been doing so great on keeping up with my training, I was really hoping to do a half of a mile on my 5 minute run. That's my goal pace (10 minute miles), so I was a little bummed that I didn't quite make it. It went well, but I only made it .41 so I'm really hoping to get there on my next run. I have to say, I do like that I'm pushing myself for this faster pace. It feels pretty good.
