7/1-7/7
I had another slow exercise week, this week. Kettlebell was
closed for this whole week, but I did bike to work on Wednesday and we ran the Loveland Liberty 5k on Thursday for the 4th of July. I was going
to bike to work again on Friday, but my handle bars came loose on my ride home
Wednesday. Jerry would have fixed it for me, but I was due to bring the bike in
for my free 30 day tune up anyway, so I made sure to do that on Saturday. Now
I’m good to go again for next week.
3.1 Miles Run; 9 Miles Biked; +1.5 lbs
