I kicked butt at kettlebell
this week – I went Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday and Saturday. I felt great all week. Energized and confident.
I’m really hoping all this training helps with my new training that starts
Tuesday – ½ marathon training time is here! I’m excited though. I thought I’d
be nervous, but so far I’m not. Ask me again the week before the race, though!
As I’m getting ready to ramp
up my running, and continue my kettlebell training, I decided I need to
schedule a follow up with the nutritionist at Max Muscle. I’m considering a
recovery drink of some sort, to help my muscles recover as I pick up the extra
workouts each week. Plus, I’d like him to review my food journal and see if
there are things that I need to add or modify.
