Loveland Sweetheart Classic, 4 Mile

Another race with little training, but it still went well. I love how much ketttlebell has helped my running. I was shooting for a sub 60 minute time, because when I ran my last 5 mile race, I hit mile 4 just under an hour, and even though it was a downhill race, I wanted to hit that time for this race. Well I almost got it. I finished at 1:00:30. Not too bad. I cramped up again, and really need to see the chiropractor for another rib adjustment, and I've started curling my toes, for some reason, which ends up causing pain. Not sure why I keep doing that, but I need to stop. I'm contemplating new running shoes, and hoping that will help, but we'll see. The weather was beautiful, although it was a little chilly in the shady spots of the course. Running around Lake Loveland was kinda cool, but I'm a little bummed that the last half mile was uphill. It wasn't super steep, but it was not flat, either! Jerry ran with me, so that was fun, too.

Caleb 50:20
Lily & Honey 50:40
Me & Jerry 1:00:30
