An Exercise Goal

I actually like to exercise. Going to the gym, taking a walk, riding bikes on the trails. I really love the way I feel after a good workout. Time is really my biggest struggle. I feel guilty about taking the time to work out. We have 6 kids. Between work, soccer and baseball seasons, making dinner, having time to go grocery shopping, attempting to keep the house in a livable condition and getting a reasonable amount of sleep each night with out going completely insane doesn't leave much room for a guilt free hour at the gym.

My solution for the lack of time is to hire a personal trainer. I figure, if I'm paying someone to beat me up and hold me accountable, I'm going to be much more likely to stick to it, and not come up with some excuse about being too busy. Plus, my trainer is going to be able to show me how to maximize that hour and get the most out of my workouts.

So far, I've had four sessions, and they've been awesome. She's tough, but she's got me hooked.
