My Journey - Week 3

June 6th - 12th
My busy schedule this week only allowed for one session but it was a good one. It's still a struggle, to do a lot of the exercises, but I really am enjoying it. I love the way I feel after I get done with a session. My next step is to change my eating habits. Wanda has suggested that I start eating 100-200 calories at a time, 6-8 times a day, for a total of 1200 calories. That part doesn't bother me so much as trying to figure out how to eat so many times a day. I'm not a grazer, and I hardly have time to get things done as it is... now I'm supposed to add in extra meals/snacks? hmmm. Wish me luck on that one! Wanda also showed me a website, livestrong, where I can log me eating and exercise daily to keep track of my progress and calories. We'll see if I can keep up with that too. I really just need to figure out how to add hours to the day or sleep less! Just kidding... kinda... :)
