May 23rd - May 29th
So this marks the first week of my new "journey". I've now completed 2 sessions with my trainer, Wanda. I have to admit, it was a challenge to find the motivation to go. I'm really struggling with committing the time. With such a busy schedule in general (6 kids, a husband working 2 jobs, baseball games and practices 6 days a week, working full time, etc), I find myself feeling guilty for taking an hour out of any given day to focus on me. It's the wrong answer, and I know that, but I struggle with it anyway. But, I did go, and that's what matters here. I spent two hours working on me and my health, this week. The work outs were tough, but I got through them. My muscles are weak from the lack of exercise, and my balance sucks, too! But it can only get better from here if I continue to push through it.
