3/4-3/10


Between Kettlebell and the run I did last Sunday, I decided my rib was out again, and it was time to go back to the chiropractor. I got an appointment for Friday, and had it adjusted. It feels better, but I will need another appointment or two to get it back in place, I think. It’s frustrating, because it makes it really painful to run when it’s out.
