I had Jerry measure me again.
It’s been about 2 months since I had him measure me the first time – right when
I started going to Kettlebell. The results aren’t as dramatic as I’d like to
have seen but I did lose 9.5 inches overall, most of it being at the waist,
hips and neck.
The Max Muscle nutritionist
still hasn’t sent me a food plan to help me figure out how to meet the higher
calorie, higher protein goal he wants me to shoot for, so I spent the weekend
trying to figure it out myself. P.I.T.A! But I managed to come up with
something, so I will give it a try and see how it goes. Hopefully I’ll get that
food plan from Max Muscle, too.
Kettlebell is offering their
Stubborn Weight Loss class in February, so I registered for that. I’m still
logging my foods, so I will maybe get some answers or other things to try, if
this 1900 calorie plan doesn’t work out.
I also had another round of
my blood work done again, to check where my numbers are currently. Once the
doctor reviews those, we will do another follow up appointment to discuss and
see if he has any more insight to my problem. Hopefully I’ll be able to do a
week or two on the 1900 calorie plan so I can report on that, too.
