I had a “Bold” start to my week, participating in the 10k
that is the BolderBoulder. Even though I mostly walked it, I finished it – my first
10K. Wednesday, I worked out with Wanda again, and Saturday we did a two minute run. Yup, two whole minutes. Go Me :) jk. But it was great. Jerry convinced me to start the program over, but this time I'm pushing myself to reach my goal pace - 10 minute mile. I’m slowly starting to feel
better, and each work out and each run really seems to be helping at this
point. My energy level is still really low, but I’m pushing through it and
overcoming the mental discouragement.
