My Journey - Week 32

Jan. 9th - Jan. 15th
Another slow week. I got a session in with Wanda on Tuesday and a 1 mile run today. Back to work for a full week was exhausting. I spent the week trying to get caught up, and even had to put in some overtime. Next week will be better though. I have 2 days available to work out with Wanda, and I have a new running schedule I've created. The new running schedule is set up to get me running more miles per week, as well as increasing the distance of my runs to get me ready for the 10k in May. I also have shorter timed runs where I will pace with Jerry to also work on increasing my speed. I've done a couple of those already, and keeping up with him is definitely pushing me out of my comfort zone. This is a good thing though, I'm sure of it! I'll get a copy of the schedule posted soon, in case anyone wants to use it!
