Dec. 5th - 11th
I had another good week, this week - I lost another 2 lbs, for a total of 12 lbs in the last 6 weeks. I really hope that this trend continues. Seeing this change is long overdue. I worked out with Wanda twice this week, but I didn’t get in any running. I got too busy, unfortunately. I know I’m going to have to work pretty hard to get some running in, next week, too. I hate being so busy, because then I start feeling guilty when I put things aside to focus on getting my exercise in for the week. But I know it’s important, and I know it’s ok to make some time for me. I just need to remind myself that, sometimes.
