My Journey - Week 6

June 27th - July 1st

This has been a bit of a crazy week. I got in two training sessions with Wanda, while finishing out baseball for 3 of our 4 players plus packing for vacation.  The sessions were good. I feel like we worked a little bit harder during each of these two sessions, which I think is great. I learned a couple tips to use while on vacation, too, so no slacking!

-         -  Do daily calisthenics
-         -  Use stretch bands for arm resistance exercises
-         -  When hiking, push with the quads, not calves
-         -  Keep up with water routine (16oz first thing, another 32 by lunch and 32-48 more by bed)
-         -  Have fun, relax, and lower stress levels
