July 18th -24th
Vacation’s over, back to the routine… two training sessions this week, and I think they went well. I didn’t do as much exercising over vacation as I probably should have done, and I didn’t do so well on watching what I ate, so I was worried that I’d suffer the consequences during my workouts this week. I must have done better than I gave myself credit for, though, because my muscles remembered the workouts and I was able to get through them much easier than I expected. I gained 3 lbs while we were on vacation, but I lost them quickly. This makes me very happy.
