10/22-10/28


I didn't run this week, but I did go to Kettlebell Orientation. It was interesting. Not really what I expected, but I liked it and I'm going to sign up for a couple months and see how it goes. As far as the running, I seem to have this habit of not running for a week or two after races. I have no idea why, because I'm not sore, I'm not tired. I don't get it. It must be mental. Just something to work on, I guess.
