My Journey - Week 63

Aug. 13 - 19
Monday I started my Calisthenics (core strengthening exercises) up again. I decided, last week, that my lost core strength is making my running suffer. It's harder to hold good form when my core is weak. Hopefully it helps. I also ran another 8 minute run on Tuesday. Jerry came down with something on Monday, and as hard as I tried to avoid it, I caught it too. By Thursday, I was useless and certainly in no condition to run. It's lasted through the weekend, and I'm still not feeling better yet. I hope it passes really soon. I'm running out of training time.

I'm going to try to start adding screen shots of my Garmin activities, here too. Hopefully it will help with my accountability :)
