I can do this. I had another workout with Wanda this Wednesday,
and I went for a mile run today. I
haven’t attempted that in weeks. It was tough, and I didn’t make it the whole
mile, which was frustrating, but it felt good. It especially felt good to get
out there and remind myself that running is something that I like, something
that I want to do, something that makes me feel great. My workout with Wanda
was a little less mentally taxing than last week’s, too. This week was definitely the step in the right
direction that I needed.
