My Journey - Week 16

Sept. 19th - 25th
This week has been awesome. I am loving this working out more, and feeling great. I'm still only doing my two sessions a week with my trainer, but adding in the running on those "off" days, and even after those sessions, sometimes, has made such a difference. I don't know if I was just needing more cardio, more exercise in general, or what. I increased my run time from 4 minutes last Tuesday, to 5 minutes on Thursday, and 6 minutes today. My knees still aren't bugging me, and I'm impressing my self every time I get out there and finish a run. Yeah, it's only 6 minutes, but it's 6 minutes more than I could have done last month!
