School and Soccer have started back up for Wanda’s kids, so our schedules are going to get a little mixed up and we are going to have to start scheduling our sessions week by week instead of set days. This week, we got in another session where Wanda decided to up the intensity on me. We were jumping from one workout to the next without pauses in between. It was harder, but it felt so good. It was funny that she decided this week was the week to do it too, because I was just thinking before our session that I really wanted her to kick my butt that day. Guess I got my wish! Our second session was another bike ride. I came from work and met Wanda at her house like normal, and rode one of her bikes. We took the new trail by her house, and road all the way to the stop sign at Drake and Overland and then back. The trail took us past Inspiration Playground, Cottonwood Park, and almost to Hughes Stadium. We rode for 50 minutes and did 9 miles, and my knees didn’t hurt as much the next day.
